At Trusty Cleaning Solutions LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality cleaning services that meet and exceed your expectations. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or credits may be issued.

 

 

 

 

1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

 

 

If you are not satisfied with a cleaning service provided, please notify us within 24 hours of the appointment. We will return to re-clean the areas of concern at no additional charge. Refunds will only be considered after a re-clean has been attempted and the issue remains unresolved.

 

 

 

 

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

 

 

  • Cancellations with 24+ hours notice: No penalty. You may reschedule or request a full refund.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: A cancellation fee of 50% of the service total will apply.

  • No-shows or failure to provide access to the property at the scheduled time will be treated as a non-refundable service.

 

 

 

 

 

3. Refund Eligibility

 

 

Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

 

  • A service was prepaid, and cancellation was made within the allowed window.

  • A cleaning was not completed due to our error or inability to provide the service.

  • A valid complaint was received within 24 hours and a re-clean did not resolve the issue.

 

 

Refunds are not issued for:

 

  • Services rendered in full.

  • Situations outside of our control (e.g., poor weather, blocked access, miscommunication after arrival).

  • Differences in personal preferences (e.g., scent of cleaning products, order of tasks, etc.).

 

 

 

 

 

4. Payment Disputes

 

 

If a payment is disputed through your financial institution without contacting us first, we reserve the right to deny future services and pursue the balance due through collections.

 

 

 

 

5. How to Request a Refund

 

 

To request a refund or re-clean, please email us at info@trustycleaningsolutions.com or call 267-217-3378 within 24 hours of your appointment. Provide:

 

  • Your full name

  • Date of service

  • Description of the issue

  • Any supporting photos (optional)

 

 

 

 

 

6. Refund Processing

 

 

If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original form of payment within 5–7 business days. We will confirm refund status by email.
