Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Effective Date: March 6, 2025

 

We understand that life happens and schedules change. To provide the best service to all clients and respect the time of our staff, the following policy applies to all residential and commercial cleaning appointments.

 

 

🔄 Rescheduling Appointments

    •    You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance at no charge.

    •    Changes made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a $25 rescheduling fee.

A “no-show” is defined as our team arriving at the location and not being able to access the property or client being unresponsive.

 

 

💳 Card on File Requirement

 

To secure your booking, we require a valid payment method on file. Any applicable cancellation or no-show fees will be automatically charged to the card provided at the time of booking.

 

 

🧼 Emergency or Weather Exceptions

 

We understand that emergencies and extreme weather events are unpredictable. In such cases, fees may be waived at the discretion of management. Please contact us as soon as possible to notify us of your situation.

 

 

🗓️ Recurring Services

 

If you receive weekly, biweekly, or monthly cleanings, please provide notice at least 48 hours in advance for changes to your upcoming service to avoid disruption or late fees.
