Trusty Cleaning Solutions LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to:

• Residential cleaning

• Deep cleaning

• Move-in and move-out cleaning

• Commercial cleaning

• Janitorial services

• Specialty cleaning services and add-ons

Services offered may vary based on location, availability, property condition, and the specific service selected.

Trusty Cleaning Solutions LLC reserves the right to determine whether a requested service is appropriate for our team to perform.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Cleaning estimates are based on the information provided by the customer regarding the property, including but not limited to:

• Property size

• Number of bedrooms and bathrooms

• Level of soil

• Condition of the property

• Type of cleaning requested

• Additional services requested

An estimate is based on the information available at the time it is provided.

If the actual condition of the property differs substantially from the information provided, Trusty Cleaning Solutions LLC may adjust the price before or during the service. The customer will be informed of any applicable price adjustment whenever reasonably possible.

Additional services not included in the original estimate may result in additional charges.

3. Booking and Confirmation

A service is not considered confirmed until Trusty Cleaning Solutions LLC has confirmed the appointment and any required payment, deposit, or other booking requirement has been completed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and accurate details about the property.

Providing inaccurate or incomplete information may affect the estimated price, service time, or our ability to complete the requested service.

4. Access to the Property

Customers are responsible for providing Trusty Cleaning Solutions LLC with reasonable and timely access to the property at the scheduled appointment time.

If our team cannot access the property when the appointment begins, the appointment may be considered a cancellation or lockout and may be subject to applicable cancellation or service fees.

Customers should provide any necessary instructions regarding keys, entry codes, parking, gates, alarms, pets, or other access requirements before the scheduled appointment.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about the property

• Securing or removing valuable, fragile, or irreplaceable items

• Informing us of known hazards or conditions that may affect the cleaning

• Providing access to necessary areas of the property

• Providing access to basic utilities, including water and electricity, when required

• Securing pets when necessary for the safety of the customer, cleaner, and animal

• Removing excessive clutter when necessary to allow the requested areas to be cleaned

Trusty Cleaning Solutions LLC is not responsible for damage to items that were not properly secured or identified as requiring special handling.

6. Condition of the Property

Cleaning results may vary depending on the age, condition, materials, level of buildup, stains, damage, and previous maintenance of a property.

Certain stains, odors, discoloration, hard-water deposits, mold-like growth, grease buildup, permanent marks, scratches, and other conditions may not be completely removable through standard cleaning methods.

Trusty Cleaning Solutions LLC does not guarantee that every stain, odor, buildup, or imperfection can be completely removed.

We will use reasonable professional cleaning methods appropriate for the service requested and the condition of the property.

7. Pre-Existing Damage

Trusty Cleaning Solutions LLC is not responsible for damage, deterioration, defects, or conditions that existed before the cleaning service.

This may include, but is not limited to:

• Scratches

• Chipped or peeling surfaces

• Broken fixtures

• Loose hardware

• Damaged flooring

• Weak or deteriorated materials

• Existing stains

• Existing discoloration

• Water damage

• Mold or mildew-related damage

• Previously damaged furniture or appliances

Customers should disclose known damage or fragile conditions before service begins.

8. Fragile or Specialty Items

Customers should identify fragile, antique, valuable, delicate, or specialty items before cleaning.

Unless specifically agreed upon in advance, Trusty Cleaning Solutions LLC does not guarantee cleaning or handling of items requiring specialized restoration, conservation, or technical expertise.

9. Appliances and Add-On Services

Appliance cleaning, refrigerator cleaning, oven cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, pet odor treatment, and other specialty services may be available for an additional fee.

Unless specifically included in the customer’s selected service, these items are not automatically included in a standard cleaning.

10. Health, Safety, and Hazardous Conditions

For the safety of our customers and cleaning professionals, Trusty Cleaning Solutions LLC reserves the right to decline, stop, or modify a service when unsafe or hazardous conditions are present.

Examples may include:

• Excessive biohazardous material

• Human or animal waste

• Needles or other hazardous objects

• Severe pest infestations

• Unsafe structural conditions

• Exposed electrical hazards

• Dangerous chemical substances

• Excessive mold or suspected hazardous contamination

• Conditions that pose a reasonable health or safety risk

Additional services or specialized remediation may be required for conditions outside the scope of standard cleaning services.

11. Pets

Customers must notify Trusty Cleaning Solutions LLC about pets located at the property.

For the safety of everyone involved, customers may be asked to secure pets in a separate area during service.

Trusty Cleaning Solutions LLC is not responsible for pets that escape because of an unsecured door, gate, or other customer-controlled access point.

12. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers are responsible for reviewing our Cancellation Policy before booking.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled without the required notice may be subject to applicable fees or loss of a required deposit.

Repeated cancellations, no-shows, or scheduling issues may result in future appointments requiring additional payment or being declined.

Our Cancellation Policy is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions.

13. Payments

Payment is due according to the payment terms provided at the time of booking.

Trusty Cleaning Solutions LLC may require payment in full, a deposit, or other payment arrangement depending on the service.

Accepted payment methods may vary.

Failure to make required payment may result in cancellation of the appointment or refusal of future services.

14. Tips and Gratuities

Tips and gratuities are optional and are not included in the price of cleaning services unless expressly stated otherwise.

Customers may provide a tip through an available electronic payment option or another accepted method.

15. Satisfaction and Service Concerns

We want our customers to be satisfied with their service.

If you believe an area included in your service was not adequately cleaned, please contact Trusty Cleaning Solutions LLC as soon as reasonably possible after the service so that we can review the concern.

Concerns should include a description of the issue and, when appropriate, photographs of the area.

We will make reasonable efforts to address legitimate service concerns.

16. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of the purchase or service.

Payment for completed cleaning services is generally non-refundable once the service has been performed, except where otherwise determined by Trusty Cleaning Solutions LLC or required by applicable law.

Any deposits, cancellation fees, or other payments are subject to the applicable booking and cancellation terms.
