Q: What services do you provide?

A: We provide customized residential and commercial cleaning, including Maintenance Cleaning and Deep Cleaning. Maintenance cleaning covers kitchens, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and any areas you request. Deep Cleaning is more intensive and targets built-up dirt and neglected areas.

Please note: Dishes are not included in any cleaning service. 

Q: What is included in a Deep Cleaning?

A: Deep Cleaning is an intensive, thorough service designed to tackle built-up dirt, grime, and neglected areas that go beyond a standard clean. Typical tasks may include:

 

  • Kitchen: Wiping down all cabinet exteriors, appliance surfaces, counters, sinks, backsplashes, and light fixtures; and inside oven; removing accumulated grease and grime.

  • Bathrooms: Scrubbing tubs, showers, toilets, sinks, and countertops; cleaning mirrors and fixtures; removing soap scum and hard water buildup.

  • Living Areas & Bedrooms: Dusting baseboards, door frames, window sills, ceiling fans, and vents; wiping light switches and high-touch surfaces.

  • Floors: Vacuuming carpets thoroughly, sweeping, and mopping hard surfaces.

  • Additional Attention: Any areas that haven’t been cleaned recently or require more effort to restore.

 

Please note: Deep Cleaning does not include washing dishes, interior cabinet contents, restoration, hoarding cleanup, biohazard cleanup, mold remediation, or construction debris removal unless agreed in writing.

 

Q: What is included in a Maintenance Cleaning?

Maintenance Cleaning is designed to keep your home or office consistently clean between deep cleans. It focuses on routine, essential cleaning tasks to maintain a healthy, tidy space without tackling intensive buildup.

Kitchen:

  • Wipe down all countertops and backsplashes

  • Clean exterior surfaces of cabinets and drawers

  • Clean appliance surfaces (fridge, oven, microwave interior & exterior)

  • Clean sinks and faucets

  • Sweep and mop floors

  • Spot-clean walls, cabinet handles, and light switches

 

Bathrooms:

  • Clean sinks, countertops, tubs, showers, and toilets

  • Clean mirrors and fixtures

  • Dust and wipe surfaces (vanities, shelves, and accessible ledges)

  • Sweep and mop floors

  • Remove soap scum and spot-clean hard water stains

 

Living Areas & Bedrooms:

  • Dust accessible surfaces tables, shelves (Excluding window sills, baseboards)

  • Wipe high-touch surfaces (door handles, light switches)

  • Vacuum carpets thoroughly

  • Sweep and mop hard flooring

  • Tidy cluttered areas (straighten pillows, fold throws, organize surfaces where appropriate)

 

Please note:

  • Maintenance Cleaning does not include washing dishes

  • Baseboards, interior cabinet contents, and deep scrubbing tasks are not included

  • Heavy furniture moving and unreachable areas are not included

 

Maintenance Cleaning is ideal for keeping your home looking fresh, hygienic, and well-maintained on a recurring schedule—weekly, biweekly, or monthly.

 

Q: Can I customize my cleaning plan?

A: Yes! You can select the frequency, specific rooms, or special requests so your cleaning plan fits your needs perfectly.

 

Q: How long does a typical cleaning take?

A: Maintenance Cleaning usually takes 1–2 hours, while Deep Cleaning may take 2–4 hours, depending on your home’s size, condition, and requested services.

 

Maintenance Cleaning does not include deep cleaning tasks such as interior cabinets, appliance interiors, and baseboards.

Q: How do I schedule a cleaning?

A: You can submit a booking request through our website. You can also text or email your request to:

Q: What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

A: Our policy ensures fairness and flexibility:

 

Rescheduling Appointments

 

  • You may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance at no charge.

  • Changes made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a $25 rescheduling fee.

A “no-show” occurs when our team arrives and cannot access the property or the client is unresponsive.

 

Emergency or Weather Exceptions

 

  • Fees may be waived at management’s discretion for emergencies or extreme weather. Please notify us as soon as possible.

 

Recurring Services

  • For weekly, biweekly, or monthly cleanings, please provide 48 hours’ notice for changes to avoid disruption or late fees.

 

Safety & Trust

Q: Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?

A: Yes. Every team member is fully insured, background-checked, and professionally trained.

 

Q: How do you ensure safety and privacy?

A: We follow strict protocols for safety, confidentiality, and minimal disruption.

 

Q: Are there any limitations for Deep or Maintenance Cleaning?

A: For safety and liability reasons, our team does not:

 

  • Move heavy furniture or appliances (>50 lbs)

  • Clean areas unreachable without ladders taller than 2 steps

  • Remove permanent stains, damage, or discoloration

  • Perform repairs or restoration work

  • Wash dishes

 

Results may vary based on surface condition, age, and prior maintenance.

 

Q: What if the property is unsafe or unsanitary?

A: We reserve the right to refuse or stop service for unsafe conditions, including biohazards, pest infestations, or aggressive animals. Clients must disclose hazards prior to service.

A: We proudly serve all of Southeastern Pennsylvania, residential and commercial locations.

 

Q: How is payment handled?

A: Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. Late or unpaid balances may affect future bookings. You can complete your payment via invoice, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Credit or Debit Card on our secure payment site.
